The hideaway villa with the outdoor shower was very comfortable. The teak wood layout was stylish. The bed was lovely. The room was serviced every day. It was immaculate.
The food quality can improve at the restaurant by the sea. the live music made up for it. I thought the set up was really good. The nearby village was super cute.

pool view shuttle bus service attentive staff
My room had a pool view and was Fine!!! I appreciated the shuttle bus service. It made getting around the hotel very easy. The staff were really good too assist with everything I needed.

pure bliss, a jungle paradise!
large pool teak layout outside shower
The resort was excellent. my hideaway pool villa had a large pool and a comfortable teak wood layout. i found the bathroom very unique with an outside rain shower. The room service each day kept it immaculate.
the resort is a bit isolated and that means the local restaurants are hard to reach.

the main pool area is very big and nice. yoga and muay thai classes were free, which i really enjoyed. the spa is sensational with various massages and scrubs available. there is also a gym available.

the room was beautifully decorated with unusual touches. the bathroom had partially outdoor features i loved. a separate day bed area provided additional space. it was a lovely space to relax in.

The staff were amazing. They were always there to help. the staff's kindness stood out consistently and met all our needs. i found nothing was too much trouble for them. This was a great detail.

Some aspects could be better
food variety tuk tuk small lounge smoking policy
The resort's location has very nice views from the restaurants. The variety of food at breakfast met expectations. The tuk tuks transported me wherever I wanted to go within the resort. This system is necessary because of the steep terrain.
The arrival lounge felt very SMALL. I also thought getting information there was difficult! I only saw it listed deep down.

pristine condition beautiful space attentive staff reliable wifi
i enjoyed a lot about this resort. the grounds featured hourly cleaning service, ensuring pristine conditions everywhere. the pool area offered a beautiful space with a waterfall and attentive staff. the provided shuttle service was prompt for resort transport. the wifi was reliable throughout the hotel.
the arrival area felt somewhat small upon arrival. it also resulted in a longer bus transfer due to dock issues.

the breakfast buffet included a wide variety of foods to choose from, with multiple egg dishes. the fresh produce was also a highlight with the various options available daily. i also recommend the couples massage service.
